Quarter 4
In the 4th quarter, we learned how to write a research paper that linked with the Thai poems and stories written by famous Philosophers and poets. The story my group worked on was called Kab-Hae-Ruer which was portraying lots of metaphors and similes on how the environment, the boat, the birds and the fishes resembles a lover. It showed the delicacy of the Thai language and the use of techniques that could portray a love story and allow the readers to imagine what it must have felt like to miss someone or to be in love with something/someone. The paper needed to include evidence of quotes in which uses simile and analyze how that suited the situation or how it was beneficial for a particular scene. Furthermore, our second research paper was about the story called "Khun Chang Khun Phan". We had to use or knowledge on Sigmund Freud's psychology theory to demonstrate how it related to the character's behaviors, especially Nang Wan Thong and Khun Phan. It ultimately portrays how humans have hubris, evilness but also kindness within ourselves and often our actions are based on the theories, whether it is because of our conscious thoughts, unconscious thoughts or even the theories of id, ego and super ego.
This project helped us understand the fundamental theories, we are able to become active learners which follows the ESLOS. We also use technology for our benefits and do research on the topics. This group project also enhances team working skills and communication skills because ew had to work together as a team and collaborate on ideas. We also learned from each other by giving each other feed backs. Not only this project was challenging, it also allowed us to work on our time management because the amount of content was overwhelming and we had limited amount of time to complete, to which we eventually were able to complete it on time.

Quarter 2
In the second quarter we studied on the topic of introduction to Thai literature and Sansakrit literary criticism theory. We self studied the Sansakrit Literary Criticism theory and summarized our knowledge onto paper. This way, it allowed us to understand the fundamental theory of the Sansakrit language or ways in which they are used to create meaningful and beautiful poems or stories. We also listened to Lilit-Pra-Lor which is a Thai Traditional Literature
ESLOS: I believe this initiated STRATEGIC LEARNERS because we were able to recognize what is important to know and understand, reflect on our learning and how our mistakes help us to improve and plan how to learn without wasting time. These are the things that had helped me to work efficiently and be able to understand the theories.

Quarter 1
Reflection:
1. We studied how to analyze sentences. Create a tree diagram to find what words are noun, verb etc.
2. We studied about how to connect the main points of sentences, varying from the details, cause and effects and also how the detail stops something.
Creating the tree diagrams would help us analyze sentences so we are capable of writing accurate and detailed sentences. We are able to understand the language in more details and so that our writing improves. This suggests active learning skills because we are trying to understand and search in order to find correct analysis. Throughout, there were obstacles because the Thai language is much more complex and so we had to use a lot of time to understand. I personally have never studied like this and so it was a huge challenge.
Furthermore, we studied connections in the main points of sentences so that we understand how certain points connect to the others by being an affect of something or even limiting something so that affect is impacted apon. It utilizes our determination to find connections between life situations to another or even connections within a small passage. This allows us to understand the main focus and any supporting features so our understanding of the text is enhanced.
Finally, Quarter 1 we studied detailed analysis of sentences and passages. We found challenges and new information throughout our learning. It enhanced our teamworking skills too because we had to help each other find answers and solutions to the work we were given. Also, we require communication skills and using technology in a useful way to do research and find answers such as key codes for the connections and also finding examples of aux, noun, verbs etc.
