Our city in the future would require improvements on the environment. Our city improvement would implement more use of trains such as Maglev train, the trains would run on hydrogen and their waste would be formed as water. It doesn't have to run as fast as the trains today, it would still be much faster than the traffics that Bangkok, Thailand is experiencing everyday. Also, the city would have larger shopping malls, police stations but there would have less of the buildings around the city, this would mean that there would be less route for the trains to travel but it would allow more passengers to get off and saves time and trip. Also, the decrease in amount of cars would decrease amount of carbon emissions and improve the air quality of the city. This project concerns on the well being of the community, work on our problem solving skills and to create the environmentally friendly atmosphere for future citizens. The project also practices team working skills and allow us to agree on group decisions and also express our opinions and listen to friends. Not only that, it provides information for the researchers to understand the problems that the world is facing as well as our community which implements the researchers to have an open mind and become creative to help the community. The solutions to the project was fairly planned however, according to our instructor the Maglev trains were 'unrealistic' and that it would have to run on larger scale rail roads. Therefore, to improve our project we could create larger and longer rail roads as well. If the project was implemented further, it might eventually improve the air quality and improve climate change!
